Credentialling and Visiting Rights
The Hospice follows strict credentialing processes for all professionals wanting to establish visiting and/or admitting rights at the Hospice. Our credentialling process establishes the qualifications and insurance status of licensed Medical, Nurse Practitioner and Allied Health professionals ensuring they meet the necessary standards of competency, professionalism, and ethical conduct before they start working with clients of the Hospice. The process of credentialling involves collecting and verifying relevant documents, conducting background checks, contacting references, and assessing the information gathered through our relevent Sub-Committees and Management Committee.
