Terms & Conditions
The Hospice understands that circumstances can change. If your plans to attend any event are affected, the following options apply:
Change of Attendee (Ticket Transfer)
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another person to attend in your place at no additional cost.
All transfer requests must be provided in writing prior to the event and include the replacement attendee’s name, contact details, and any dietary requirements.

Refunds
If you are unable to attend and cannot find a replacement, refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the event date.

Refund requests received less than 7 days prior to the event or after the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Event Changes or Cancellation by Toowoomba Hospice
Toowoomba Hospice reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone, or cancel any event or event details.
If an event is cancelled, registered attendees will be notified via email and offered the option to:
• Transfer their ticket to a future event, or
• Receive a full refund of the ticket price
Toowoomba Hospice accepts no liability for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
Photography and Media Consent
By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken. These may be used by Toowoomba Hospice and its partners for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, without further notice or compensation.
